The apartment itself has hardwood floors, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen (kosher) comes with a full sized fridge and dishwasher! The apartment is on the 23rd floor of a high-rise/elevator apartment building with 24-7 doorman security. Two short blocks to the 28th street stop (6- train) and a 10 minute walk to Grand Central (4/5/6/7/S/Metro North). Ten minute walk to 28th street R/N. The cost is $1400 a month plus utilities. About your roommate Mid-twenties female who works in the Jewelry business. She is neat, clean, non-smoker, and most importantly very respectful. She never brings “the party” home with her and is always good for chilling out and watching some TV with you. (Who doesn’t have a guilty pleasure for anything on Bravo!?) About you (20’s) Female, 9-5 job. Neat, clean, non-smoker and respectful. Sorry, but no pets, or live-in significant others please.
